| The Squad responds and calls On-Scene at which time the Response Time Clock stops. |

| On Scene Calls are Calls initiated by the Patrol Officer where the Officer calls out at the scene |
|
| without being dispatched - such as traffic stops, traffic hazards and Officer Initiated Calls |
